The Hotel Doctors offer visiting services to Auckland's international hotels, airline crews, visiting yachts, international assistance companies including; Healix, Medaire, International SOS, First Assistance and Geo Blue, film crews and Medical Concierge Services.
Doctors can be contacted on +64 9 3076666 between 6:30am and 9:30pm 7 days. Missed overnight calls will be returned the following morning. Please feel free to call and discuss your issue. There is no charge for phone calls.
The Advantage
Our Doctors are very experienced in caring for travellers and getting people diagnosed and treated quickly in the comfort of their place of stay. They carry many medications and have a good network if specialist support is needed. Once a doctor has visited you, you will be able to stay in communication with them as long as you are travelling in New Zealand. We understand your need to have someone to call if things are not going so well. We continue as your medical concierge in New Zealand.
The Cost
Fees are reasonable. Consultation fees are often lower than those in clinics which you would have to travel to and wait, and much lower than fees charged by public hospitals in New Zealand. However you will pay a callout fee as the doctor has to drive to you. Receipts are issued for travel insurance.
Additional Services
We can issue fitness to fly certification, Maritime Safety Seafarers Medical Exams and Certification, Insurance reports for actors and film companies, and medical supplies for yachts. If there is something medical you need, please just ask and we will do our best. We have been caring for Auckland’s travellers for more than 30 years.
